St. Mary's students are honored for their hard work and dedication to learning. Awards that have been received by St. Mary's students include:

• Christian Conduct and Honor Roll

• Knights of Columbus Spelling Bee Champions

• best in Show and Grand Awards in St. Clair County Science Fair

• Pro-Solve Math Program Award Winners at the state level

• 8th Grade America and Me Essay winners

• Bishop's Cross awarded for 8th Grade Spiritual Character

• Citizenship Award from St. Clair Police Department

• Great Lakes Scholar Program

• Congressional Youth Leadership Council Recognition

In addition, our teachers have received awards. Mr. Muneio, our 8th Grade homeroom teacher, was honored with the YAC Teacher of the Year award, which is chosen and given by the Youth Advisory Council. This council is made up of high school teens from St. Clair County. It was a great honor for him to be seen this way by his students, and with the award he bought a Smartboard for his classroom.
